• Complete event planning
• Professionally trained staff, 12 years experience, coordinated over 600 events

• Rain predicted? Cold snap? No worries! We always have a back-up plan.

Details

(Sample breakdown of time: 1-1 and a half hours for set-up, 3 and a half - 4 hours for event, 1 hour for guest departure and clean-up)

• Hours are offered in various time frames. Please call to discuss options. Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays
Sunday through Thursday, any 6 or 7 continuous hours from 1:00-11:00 PM

• Capacity is up to 300

• Bar Service is extra

• $500 Refundable Damage/Security Deposit required to hold date

• One-third deposit is required at contract signing. Second payment is due 120 days prior to event date. Final adjusted payment due 3 weeks prior to event.
