Want to plan everything yourself? Then choose our “A La Carte” option.
Our “A La Carte” package was designed for a company executive that desires a location as a “clean palette” and wants to plan all of the details of the event. With “A La Carte” you will select individually each item to be used.
Choose from a variety of rental items and decorations available on-site at Riverwood Mansion, including garden chairs, linens, decorations, centerpieces, tables, tableware…everything you need for your event at competitive prices. Or you can bring your own. We’ll even give you a preferred vendor list for you to choose from! Just pay the facility fee and start planning the details. You’ll still receive all of the services that Riverwood Mansion is known for.

$4500 Saturday & Holidays, $4300 Friday or Sunday, $4000 Tuesday – Thursday*
(*Ask about out “off season” rates)
Details:
Events are for six hours
(2 hours for pre-event set-up, 3 hours for event, 1 hour guest departure and clean-up)
Hours are from 4:30-11:30 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Tuesday through Thursday, any 6 continuous hours from 1:00-11:00 PM
Capacity is up to 300 guests
No rental items are included in the A La Carte Package:
no linens, tables, food, decorations, or vendors. All rentals are available on-site at competitive rates.
Bar Service is extra and you pay for your own alcohol
$500 Refundable Damage/Security Deposit required to hold your date
One third of facility fee required at contract signing.
Second Payment due 120 days prior to event date; Final adjusted payment due 3 weeks prior to event.
