The Grande Reception is a package designed especially for the busy bride who wants a fabulous reception without the hassle of planning, calling and setting up tedious vendor interviews. The Grande Reception Package gives you the most value for the money!

We've chosen a host of Nashville's most sought after...and reputable...vendors so you don't have to agonize over whom to choose! Plus we've chosen the most beautiful accoutrements for the grounds and throughout the Mansion for your reception.

The only vendor decisions you make are your limo, your photographer, and your videography! Want us to help with those? We will be happy to help you with referrals.

Pricing for 125 guests*

$15,500 Saturdays, $500 Discount on Friday or Sunday, Other Discounts available on Tuesday - Thursday
*All inclusive price of $56.50 for each additional guest includes chairs, tables, linens, food & beverages, tableware, centerpieces, cake, service and tax.

Details:
Events are for six and a half hours
(2 1/2 hours for vendor set-up, 3 hours for reception, 1 hour for farewell, guest departure and clean-up)

Hours are from 3:30-10:00 with reception/guest arrival at 6:00, 4:00-10:30 with reception/guest arrival at 6:30 or 4:30-11:00 with reception/guest arrival at 7:00 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Monday through Thursday, any 6 1/2 continuous hours from 1:00-11:00 PM

Capacity is up to 300 guests

Bar Service is extra with the Caterer and Mansion. You can purchase and bring your own alcohol.

$500 Damage Deposit is required to hold date

One-third non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing.
