Details:
-Rentals available on-site for all of your reception needs.
-Capacity is up to 300
-Bar service is not included in the package. You may purchase and bring in your own alcohol.
-$500 Damage Deposit required to hold date.
One-half non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing in 2 weeks.
(Second Payment due 90 days prior to event date; Final adjusted payment due 3 weeks prior to event.)

-Events are for six and one half hours
(2 ½ hours for set-up & deliveries, 3 hours for reception, 1 hour for farewell, guest departure and clean-up)

Hours:
3:30-10:00 with reception/guest arrival at 6:00, farewell at 9:00
4:00-10:30 with reception/guest arrival at 6:30, farewell at 9:30
4:30-11:00 with reception/guest arrival at 7:00, farewell at 10:00
5:00-11:30 with reception/guest arrival at 7:30, farewell at 10:30
(Earlier timeframes available in winter months)
